How do we shut down a forum?

The Marketplace forum should be closed, since the project is no longer active.

@yousef, since there’s not any posting, do you think it would just make sense to delete the category?

Yeah…I’d normally say to just lock/archive, but there’s literally nothing there except for category descriptions. I’d think it’s a no-brainer to delete it.
