How to launch add on "Cookie-Editor"

I have installed an addon “Cookie-Editor” how do I get it to run?

1. Click the puzzle icon in the upper right corner
   
   
2. Click the gear icon
   
   
3. Click “Pin to Toolbar”
   
   
4. Click the cookie icon in the upper right corner
