We are one of the adds-on developers, and we submitted an add-on, it has been approved already. But when we search the add-on in the Adds-on Store, there is a warning displaying “This add-on is not actively monitored for security by Mozilla. Make sure you trust it before installing.” How can we remove it?
You see that message on almost every extension in the Add-on Store. Only very few featured extensions are “actively monitored” by Mozilla.
You can nominate an extension to be featured. I cannot remember where to see the exact details about that, but the extension should have wide appeal and you should probably already have a lot of users.
The drawback of featured extensions are that every update (afaik) goes to a queue for thorough testing and analysis before being approved and available, which sometimes can take very long time…
