How to transfer my developed firefox addon to another profile (owner)

I create addon for Firefox and I want full transfer it to another account (of my friend) for next development and support.
How I can do it?

Do you mane another account on AMO?
If so, then just add the new developer by going to manage your add-on page -> Manage Authors & License -> add new author
