IMDB add-on won't download

When you try to download the IMDB add-on here:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/imdb-search-1/?src=ss

It says it requires a restart of Firefox before it will download. OK, cool. But then it continues to demand restart after restart without ever actually downloading so it can be used, just a circular hell.

Any advice on how to get this going? I had no problems with it on Firefox on my previous computer. (Should I just move it over from that one?)

That restart loop isn’t normal, and it doesn’t happen to me with that add-on. I suggest you look for help on our support site: https://support.mozilla.org/
