Hey Reps!
In behalf of the Council, I’m very excited to share with you that after going through the Coaching Training, we have a new batch of Reps Coaches from India! Let’s please congratulate the following Reps for their new role in the program:
- Dinesh MV
- Mehul Patel
- Prathamesh Chavan
- Trishul Goel
They will be taking in new Reps as coachees (mentees) as soon as possible and shall fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help other Reps to grow personally
- Be available in a timely manner
- Organize regular coaching sessions with their coachees
- Be available for other Reps for coaching sessions which fit their specialized skills
Thanks to all the time you have allotted going through the training materials and the practice week! We’re looking forward to all the great things you can share with your fellow Reps to contribute to their growth.
