Hey @stephen8, datasets are Creative Commons 0 (CC-0).
There are small restrictions thou: You need to download them giving your email, and you are not allowed to try to identify individual voices. It is mainly prepared for STT usage.

GPL and MIT licenses are usually used in open source software. If SW includes data there are licenses like AGPL.
