Issue "format not supported"

I am trying to develop an Add-on for my Movies website but when i try to add the Add-on to Mozilla, a pop up comes says “format not supported”. How can i deal with this issue?

Answering that would require more information, like:

  • which framework are you using (WebExtension)?
  • what tools are you using to build/pack it (web-ext)?
  • what exactly do you mean by “add the Add-on to Mozilla”?
