Does anyone know to use the Add On? I looked and looked to no avail !

Are you using version 91.3.2?
There is a new Density setting that the user can use to switch from the default Compact view to a Normal view, which increases the spacing in the Folder and Thread panes.
If you are using the Menu bar or App menu, it is View > Density.
