I tried to login to the Mozilla add ons page and when I used my e mail address & password, instead of logging me in it created an anonymous account (Anonymous user aa705b). So it’s not recognizing my actual profile.
Is there any way to fix this?
When you create a new account, it starts off as anonymous. You can set a display name so it won’t appear as anonymous on the site.
I have a Mozilla account & signed in using it. But then it reverted to an anonymous account. Since Mozilla changed to the discourse subdomain were old accounts wiped out?
I think there must’ve been some sort of server anomaly, because after changing nothing and doing nothing to my profile it’s now displaying perfectly when I login.
