Lost Access to 2FA Device and Backup Codes

Our company uses this email address to manage a Firefox add-on. Recently, we lost access to the 2FA device and the backup codes we had. When we tried entering the backup codes, they were unexpectedly marked as invalid.

Is there any way to recover the account using just the email address? We urgently need access to manage the add-on.

Can you please go here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form 1. If you can’t login, just click the bottom link that says “I can’t sign into my account” and you will be given a support contact form. You may get an automated email but you can reply to it and one of our agents will respond and help you the rest of the way. Please be sure to mention in the form that you are an extension developer and you can no longer access your extension.
