macOS all languages in Firefox.app bundle distribution

It would be awesome to have Firefox install dmg with all languages in single Firefox.app bundle. Language setting would respect macOS language priority list.

Users would probably still download the single language installer from the web page but this multilanguage distribution would make life much easier for the admins deploying the Firefox.

Same goes for the Thunderbird.

There’s some interest to ship a multi-lingual product, but we still need to figure out what exactly that product is.

There are some aspects of Firefox that don’t work via language packs yet. So aside from the distribution questions, we also need to triage those problems and make product decisions on whether they’re blocking or not.
