There is no add to firefox button for this. I have reset my agents as per thread but still not button to click. Help please

Can you share a screenshot of what you see? Does this only happen for this particularly add-on?

Thanks for your email, I have only a couple of other add-ons on my system so am not sure if happening with others as well.

Here are the screen shots. As you can see, no option to add to Firefox

You probably installed an extension that changes your browser identity and makes it appear as Chrome or some other browser. I suggest disabling your extensions and trying again.

What user agent string do you get on my test page here (it’s the red text):

The Add-ons site doesn’t like any more words after Firefox/69.0 at the end.

Hi, this is what I get

But I am running Firefox 68.0.2 ??

Thanks, I had already done that (resent my user agent); ADSSo meant nothing to me but it is a work PC so who knows; anyway I found a link to reset my Firefox and voila! Add on now there and up and running. Thanks for your time.
