Thanks for your notification, but you failed to provide us the expected service when you terminated our accounts WITHOUT ANY PRIOR COMMUNICATION, without providing us any alternative hosting and losing our backups.

Did you receive our emails? We have not received a reply from you.
How have you find it unrelated? You’ve terminated our account on OVH without any prior communication, and now notifying that the service will continue until August.

Neither of your hosting options are/were VPS. Your issue is not related to the one I posted about.
I appreciate that you are upset, however as I said we haven’t heard back from you on your issue. Did you receive our emails?
