The current implementation of dynamic favicon modification server-side causes visual inconsistency and non-consumability, all disadvantageous for those requiring accessibility.

I’m aware, but I don’t think that that’s of significance, considering that…

…this isn’t a bug. However, perhaps I’ll file it as an RFC anyway, considering that some similar high-level issues exist there too. Thanks.
