I have created an alternative to IRC which everyone here can join should they want to help users get the support they need! Please note we are following the Mozilla Community Participation Guidelines, which you will have to accept before participating! Oh, and some Mozilla staff have joined too!

I may sound negative, but now we have three chat channels to communicate in - IRC, Discord and Telegram. Plus Slack for NDA contributors. Can we limit the number and get rid of some of those?
Together with SUMO forums, Discourse and some mailinglists on top of it, I often feel loosing track.
I have updated the summary and title to reflect the changes made.
