MSI-File for Firefox Installation

(Manu Wj) #1

Hi all together,

can’t figure out, why Firefox does not provide an MSI-File for an easy Installation through Group Policy.

We have now the Forefront-Solution… but it’s an ugly thing… and it is only available as x86-Version.

I know you offer the EXE with Silent-Install and all this stuff.
Google does this (with Chrome) very well even adding their own ADM-Templates.

I’d like Firefox doing the same… then, frankly, I prefer Firefox to Chrome way over!

Think about it. I’m surely not the only one asking for this.

Hi Manu

I think this would better fit into another category on here. Admins could you please move to the appropriate section?

Edit: thanks for the move

Thanks,
Michael
