I submitted my add-on for review a few days ago and was shown that it may take 24 to 48 hours to but it is past that time window and getting my add-on published is time sensitive for me.
I really need to get this approved. Can anyone please help me in getting it through the pipeline quickly please?

One quick clarification on the 24 to 48 hours: that window is how long an approved version takes to roll out to users, not how long the review itself takes. Manual reviews don’t have a fixed timeline.
We’ve seen a large influx of new submissions lately, which has stretched review times. I am not able to give you an exact date, and unfortunately, resubmitting or following up doesn’t move an add-on up the queue.
I do understand the urgency. Your add-on is in the queue, and it will be reviewed.
