I was using old speeddial addon for last few year.
all my tabs were set in it, which i took backup.
My old laptop crashed.
Now i am switched to a new laptop , and trying to recover that. Which i am not able to do.
Can anyone help or suggest.

What speed dial are you referring to? Is it the “Speed Dial” by Josep del Rio?
Many old speed dials stopped working after upgrading to Firefox 57.
But there is now many new speed dials, some of them offers import of backup from these old addons. Check out for example GroupSpeedDial (which I created 
), there is import from that speed dial.
