New user created when changing email in GitHub

As in Auth0 creates new account when GitHub mail changes I changed my commit email in github and, as a result, a new account has been created in Mozilla Dev.

Can my two accounts be merged? They are:

Is there a faster way to submit these help requests?

Please email amo-admins AT mozilla DOT com. I’m pretty sure the answer to your question is “no”, but you can transfer add-ons to other accounts.
