Ever since the last update, whenever you start up Firefox it now says something like “Please wait…Firefox is installing updates before starting” or whatever. Except that it does it every time Firefox starts. You can close Firefox and reopen it once it has “installed the updates” and it still says it has to install the updates. So, since Firefox is set as my default browser, whenever a weblink is opened there is a long wait while Firefox “installs updates”. Every update I have allowed Firefox to do this year has broken something, and now I will likely have to switch browsers.
It also doesn’t help that Firefox doesn’t have a proper help or support system, or way to contact Firefox, or even to report a problem or bug.
