No access to NDA forums even though account is in the NDA access group according to mozillians

As I’ve just found out, I can no longer see forums protected under NDA access restrictions. I’m in the NDA access group on Mozillians and as far as I’m aware my NDA isn’t about to run out or similar.

I’ve tried logging out and back in again, to no avail.

Yeah, something weird is going on with your IAM profile. Your Mozillians groups exist in one API we use, but not the other (and they should be the same).

Can you try:

  1. going to https://prod.testrp.security.allizom.org/
  2. logging in with your same account (LDAP)
  3. seeing if “mozilliansorg_nda” is listed under the HTTP_OIDC_CLAIM_USER_PROFILE_HTTPS://SSO_MOZILLA_COM/CLAIM/GROUPS header

It is not, I only get the following: ["active_scm_level_1","all_scm_level_1","everyone"]
