No clear definition of yes, no and report

Hi,
I’ve just discovered this project and started reviewing other’s recordings, but I can’t find anywhere the criteria for when to vote yes and when to vote no.

Is no for poor quality, or just saying the wrong words?

It would be useful to tell people stuff like this before they start so they have some idea, possibly with some examples.
