No notifications on tracked topics

Hi,

It’s been a few days ago when I’ve observed for the first time I’m not getting any in-site notifications for the topics/categories I’m watching.

As an example I see I have 3 unreads but their notifications never arrived. Is it just me?

For some reason I’ve just got all notifications at once on topics I had already read

Yes, @leo restarted the corresponding service a moment ago. My mailbox is also being flooded.

Also, thanks for the notification @nukeador. The service had been down since Friday. Human error led us to miss it. Please apologize!

@leo @hmitsch Is it possible that this is happening again? I have unread topics and no new notifications.
