I cannot add Norton Anti_Track to my Firefox Browser on my Dell laptop. When I click on the Firefox link I get the following error message

get same issue with no solution

I use 2 browsers on 2 screens - Microsoft Edge instantly installed Norton Anti-Track but I have the same issue with Firefox - Ive tried several times with no joy.
