Operational error no such table

I am getting this error while working on django and I am not getting where I committed the mistake.
I tried python3 manage.py makemigrations and pytohn3 manage.py migrate many times but didn’t see any effect of them on the error.

Pls Help Me !!

Hrm, sounds like you’ve managed to get a non-existent table. At what point in the tutorial did the error start to appear?

Actually I am working on live project within a group and we all tried but we don’t get anything relevant related to this mistake. Pls help us it would be very grateful .
Due to this error it seems like our project is going to stay at its initial level only!!
Pls help me and I tried the above posted link the commands are not in proper format
