But we are not sure if this is the correct ID since it is based on a local build.

I think we are having the same problem with our add-on : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/kindred-parental-control/ .
I recently submitted a new version to see if it would push through, but no luck.
What’s weird is that I get a status log message that says that it’s approved by the review team but then when i check the status page it says awaiting approval. It’s like the status isn’t propagating. I think somethings broken on your end.
