Outlook Category in Thunderbird

Hello,
is there any extension or a build in feature to show and use Outlook category in Thunderbird?
In Outlook we use a category to tag mails and sort them by category.
Not all user have Thunderbird and so I need a solution to use the outlook category for mails in thunderbird too.
