Participation Team Q4 OKRs

Hello everybody,
as every quarter I am happy to announce our teams’ OKRs. In case you have any questions, please do ask in the the comments.

Objective 1: Delivered a detailed strategy and roadmap for how MoCo will engage with non-coding Mozillian volunteer communities in 2018 and beyond
KR1 We have delivered a report with lessons from the Quantum sprint by early Nov
KR2 We have delivered a report with lessons from the Addons sprint early Nov
KR3 A detailed roadmap for how MoCo will engage with non-coding mozillians accepted by stakeholders and OI leadership

Objective 2: We’ve brought value to US student leaders and have early indications that we’re returning value to Mozilla through the Mozilla Open Source Student Network pilot
KR1 Student Leaders who are engaged in the OSSN report an NPS of 30%
KR2 75% Student Leaders are somewhat active or above (attending calls, responding to requests) by the end of the quarter
KR3 We understand the necessary approach for driving students towards contribution and we have identified 10 new code contributors to Mozilla product and technology repos from registered Open Source Clubs

Objective 3: We have developed best practices and standards for community development in a few key areas that we are offering across the organization
KR1 3 teams are engaged with a polished process for CPG resolution and report that this has increased their confidence in dealing with future conflicts (3 or higher on a scale of 1-5)
KR2 2 teams are using a standardized process and best practices for distributing funds to volunteers and report that this has increased their effectiveness in managing their communities (3 or higher on a scale of 1-5)
KR3 Aligned to the D&I community strategy a prioritized list of standards/best practices are created and ready to be tested by 2 teams
