I am looking for a mostly phonetic dictionary for English for a alternante orthography project of mine, and would appreciate any pointers in the right direction.
The CMU Pronouncing Dictionary has it’s limitations, but its often used, and an easy start. http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/cgi-bin/cmudict . A few years ago i used the output of espeak-ng “espeak-ng -q --ipa=3” in a project.
