Post-transcription converting numeral text into a digit number. Librariers?

Hello,

I’m working on my custom ASR model and I want to apply post-processing converting numeral words to digits. Such as: " My phone number is zero one five seven …" to “My phone number is 0 1 5 7…”

Do you know any library that covers this topic?
The best would be something context based.

Or do you know any approach how to solve it?
