Today I submitted a theme and got the following reaction:

Unfortunately, we cannot add your Theme to the gallery because of the following reason:
Duplicate Submission
Probable Duplicate Submission

The original theme Arc Theme for firefox 57 is badly created and does not conform the arc gtk theme for linux. The background color for the active tab is incorrect.

So I want to create a theme with the correct color for the active tab.

So why is it getting refused?
