Quicktext toolbar disappeard after moving to TB91

Hi,
After moving from TB70 to TB91, and updating quicktext addon to version 4.1
I cannot find a way to get the quicktext toobar, neither the quicktext in the right click list
My templates are present

Maybe this will help, Buttons have disappeared.

It seems to be an incompatibility with the ThunderHTMLedit addon
