Recording Interface Error

Part way through recordings, speech starts to become stored at a very high speed with a very poor quality (many lost samples). This includes some of my voicelines that are now stored on the system which I have no option for deleting. The bug fixes itself temporarily on window refresh.

The bug is with the stored files themselves and not playback itself as I have downloaded my voice clips and it is just the same with some of those.

Hey @Elliott_Dyson, I’m an active volunteer here, not a team member. I have trouble understanding what the problem actually is. I have all datasets on my machine, so I can check.

Would you mind sharing the language, problem clip’s filenames, and technical specs of your recording environment(s) (make and versions of HW, operating system, browser, …) with me THROUGH PM (so that your client_id is not made public).

If only some of the recordings are effected, can it be device specific (e.g. happens when you record through your laptop - but your desktop/mobile usage is fine)?

E.g. when using Windows 11 with Opera, I must check (listen) to the first recording of a session when recording, because it does not start recording immediately when I press the button and the starting ~1 sec can be not recorded.
