We are trying to upload a lot of addons in AMO but faced with so many rejects because changes in our own framework.

We everytime do some changes in it, so what we should do? Send new version to AMO every week?
It sounds like you should send a framework update to the amo-admins in advance of your add-on updates, so we have time to update it on our side and can review those add-ons without any problems.

Jorge, unfortunately I have no idea where I should send it. I cannot find any direct link or even email address for one single admin!!
What I posted above is the email address of the admins. I only obfuscated it slightly to prevent getting spam.
