In ignorance I added ReminderFox and now find it to be useless for my needs but I am unable to delete it or even find where it hides.
Someone please point me in the right direction so I can remove it from my Ubuntu.

In Firefox, all manually installed addons can be found in the page:
about:addons
In Thunderbird, the addons page can be opened through the main menu:

The about:addons page @juraj.masiar mentioned is where you can see the list of installed add-ons in Firefox and uninstall them. Each user has their own set of installed add-ons, so what I see will be different from what you see.
