ReMo Portal UX - Research

Hello folks,

Our first step for the ReMo Portal UX is to do some research.

Our goal is to talk to one person and follow the interview procedure outlined here:

Ideally, we should be able to give some insights to the ReMo WebDev team while they are in Portland this week.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Regnard,

Since me myself is a reps as well. Should i just answer the question myself? Or do i need to interview another reps? And after we get the answers, where should we put the result? And should we ask more than 1 person, or maybe the more the merrier?

That’s a also a good idea, there are questions that are applicable to you as an end-user.

But clarify that the answers are your own, and not from a Rep you interviewed.

Post the result here? Or somewhere else?

I understand you wrote on the etherpad :

“Post-interviewAnd you’re done! Don’t forget to thank the person you interviewed. Please review your notes and share it to the group.”

Do you mean “the group” refers to here?

Yes, you may post an etherpad with your notes.

Hi, i posted mine on etherpad, thank you Regnard!

Hi guys - I’ve interview several people. Check pad:
How should we proceed here? cc @r_oVhPfcJCUUC5wbm6i4_C2Q, @regnard, @pierros & tasos?
