Replacing Manel with Mayur on Council until next elections

Hi Reps

Manel reached out to the Peers informing us that she won’t have time for Council in the upcoming months. Mayur has agreed to take over the spot and help out until the next elections (September/October). We will then have 4 instead of 3 open spots for these elections.
