I submitted an update to my add-on about 24 hours ago. Now it seems I’m stuck at “5 of 5” in the review queue. In the recent past, the queue was just an automatic review, has this changed?

Nothing has changed about automatic reviews. However it seems that the queue has been getting stuck every now and then recently.
