Way back there was a one-click solution to save all bookmarks by date. It would create a folder on the bookmark bar using yyyymmdd-hhmmss. I don’t see one now, maybe someone could make one, I found it very helpful.

This addon combo saves the current window tabs in a time stamp folder on the Bookmark Toolbar… with one click!
Bookmark Tabs
- Saves tabs to timestamped folder
- Only 1 option: folder name. Enter Tabs to put save folders in Toolbar/Tabs
