As I was attempting to install the “Send Later” add-on, a dialog popped up asking for permissions to access THE ENTIRE COMPUTER. Why? I think that seems like overkill. Why does an add-on that only deals with sending mail need total access to my computer? Thank you.

Before bothering an entire mailing list and Discourse group, most of whom have nothing to do with Send Later, it would have been a good idea for you to first try sending it to the maintainer of Send Later. My support email address is published on the add-on home page, as well as on the add-on pop-up, as well as in its user guide. It’s not hard to find. And I respond to every email I receive, usually in less than an hour if I’m awake.
