Server Space for Libraries at Mozilla

Hey!

A few librarians and myself were thinking about trying to get some space for us to talk about the amazing library initiatives at Mozilla.

We’re currently using http://mozillarian.org, but we’d love to use the mozilla.org domain in order to be more “on brand” and also to utilize the Mozilla server space… We were hoping to grab libraries.mozilla.org if that was possible?

Hi,

I think I misunderstood williamr’s question when he asked on IRC. The mozilla.org domain is out of Community IT’s realm. Everything on that domain has to undergo a security review. I’m not sure who the contact for using that domain would be, someone within Mozilla IT might know (cc @XioNoX).

I’m not sure, but you can start by filing a WebOps bug, they will move it to where it belongs if needed.
