I have no idea where I am but i need to report a fault with firefox on my laptop. I get no sound when I use the BBC Iplayer, however if I go through Edge everything works perfect. Could someone please advise. Thanks, Kevin
I had something similar with BBC Sounds. It would not play anything live but would play the same episode later. Turned out my (Firefox) permissions setting to block all video and audio was to blame; allowed iPlayer to play video and audio everything played as expected.
