I’ve tried to upload with “incognito”: “split” and it still doesn’t work

Current Firefox versions don’t support it yet, so AMO is likely not quite accepting it yet.
However https://github.com/mozilla/addons-linter will likely eventually be updated with the data once it reaches Dev Edition, typically.
