We are a free software organisation from Telangana/AP in India and we are planning a sprint for adding common voice data in Telugu from around 500 people as part of a larger free software training initiative.
The internet conditions at the venue are questionable so, I was wondering if we could proceed with an offline solution (just recording sentences with a common recording app in android let us say). In that case, can we put all these recordings together and integrate them into the Telugu common voice dataset ?.
