Advertisements may still appear while using Private mode. Is Private mode an ad-blocker or do I need to add an ad-blocking add-on? Seeking solutions to remove those pesky ads!
Private mode is not an adblocker in itself. Personally I recommend using uBlock Origin on every device. It works fine on desktop and Android.
