Theme Rejected, Why?

I made a theme called City Lights which was rejected due to being a duplicate.

Tell me where this duplicate theme is. This is my third theme that has been denied for the same reason and not one of them are a duplicate

That is the developer edit URL.

I dont see anything that indicates why it was rejected.
