All themes look like this on 4k:

Theme uploads are limited to 3000 pixels wide. Until that changes you are likely to see that with a lot of designs unless designers try to blend the left edge into the background color they choose so that there isn’t an abrupt cut off of the design.

I believe that at the time that they were implemented, the majority of screen resolutions were a good bit smaller.
Does anyone know if there is a way to manually edit the theme and change the backgroud colour so that it blends better?
