I was wondering if it is possible to create password in folders or in email. because i have a company and my employees are always seeing everything in the email,

Do you mean that all employees have access to the same email account and you want to hide emails from them by password-protecting folders?
Why do they have to have access to the same email account? What do they use it for? Same computer? Different computers?
