Trasparency where are you?

Have tried all the options in AMO and Firefox Colour but one bar stays white when it would be better transparent, See attached screen shot.

For editing the transparency of the toolbar area through the Mozilla site:

The bar needs to be set to the bottom (as shown by the green arrow) for fully transparent.

And in Firefox Color:

Same thing except in this case, the bar needs to be all the way to the left for full transparency.
